Emmanuel Lyte

Making day to day decisions for Rhoaming Entertainment, while ensuring it's patrons are always #1. Emmanuel works as the liason between Rhoaming Entertainment and other promotion companies, corporate accounts, venue managers, and owners.

In 2005 Emmanuel started organizing and promoting various events, including the first Black History Month Ball at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. After several successful events Emmanuel decided to take his talents to the next level, by moving on to the nightlife scene. Realizing that there was a demand for better service and an oppourtunity for growth in New Englands nightlife, Rhoaming Entertainment was established.

Emmanuel Lyte holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and is looking to obtain in MBA in Business Management in the coming years.

Reginald Reggy Charles

Administrating the day to day operations of Rhoaming Entertainment, Reginald is the key element behind Rhoaming Entertainment's event planning service. Main role is to organize exceptional events that bring out a diverse crowd from young professionals, key community leaders, artists, and professional athletes.

Being a party animal, Reginald knew he could revolutionize New Englands nightlife industry, bringing it to new heights. Teaming up with his fraternity brothers the idea of Rhoaming Entertainment flourished to what is it today.

Reginald holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and looks forward to attending graduate school in the near future.

Bruce Shand

Managing daily business ventures in order for Rhoaming Entertainment to function efficiently and effectively. He’s responsible for the development and implementation of policies and is essentially the “watch dog” for all business affairs. He works very closely with all members of the team to ensure that all business aspects and requirements are met. He’s involved in the decision making process and adheres to the needs and ideas of his partners.

Bruce has been planning and managing events for almost 7 years. His first event was a “dance” in his home country of Jamaica in the summer of 2002 and ever since then he has coordinated numerous events from parties, to social gathering to charitable functions. Being business oriented and with a strong desire to be successful, he teamed up with Gabriel, Emmanuel and Reginald and become the missing link to the puzzle that will essentially make Rhoaming Entertainment the #1 promotion company for night life resources in New England.

In the winter of 2004, Bruce obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.

Ernesto Gaby Vazquez

Ernesto is Rhoaming Entertainment's Marketing Director and one of its founding partners. Overseeing the design and production of the multitude of promotional and marketing material distributed by Rhoaming Entertainment. Ernesto has designed and developed website and marketing material for many of our clients including the creation and branding of Rhoaming Entertainment. Realizing that marketing is an integral part of any promotions company, Ernesto focuses on implementing various marketing outlets to spread the Rhoaming Entertainment brand throughout New England and beyond.

Ernesto holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Illustration from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. Prior to creating Rhoaming Entertainment he works for various web development firms including Alias-Solutions in Western, MA and Advanced Media Productions in Central, MA. Ernesto also worked as a freelance graphic designer and web developer with clients in Washington DC, St. Louis, Florida, Boston, and England.

Jean Fritz Elie Jr.

Jean F. Elie Jr. is the Area Manager for Rhoaming Entertainment in Providence. As Area Manager Jean is responsible for solicit new venues, provide services to existing and new venues, and driving more business to venues in the Providence area. Jean Elie also works along side other sub promoters and club Managers, developing marketing strategies to increase the number of people that visit a night.

Jean Elie has been a promoter for 3 year. Before becoming the area manager for Rhoaming Entertainment, Jean Elie first started promo for venues with Jason Huge the head promoter of Platforms Night club in Providence. As a flyer boy, where he would stand outside of night clubs and hand out flyers for Platforms night club. Then gradually later moving on to working along side Jason building a network of clubber, venue owners, and DJ’s. At the same time getting a better understanding of what being a promoter is all about. Moving forward Jean Elie saw the kind of capital being a promoter can generate and decide to go into business for him self , working with smaller venues in Providence creating a list on explicit nights of the week to make money for himself. Finally Jean later teamed up with Manny Lyte of Rhoaming Entertainment, who then offered him a job to become Rhoaming Entertainment area manager of Providence.

Jean Elie holds an Associates of Science in Entrepreneurship from University of Johnson and Wales in Providence RI.
